This simplified process uses the same highly effective algae remover but omits rinsing and long-term protection – saving you costs. The result develops over several months as the algae gradually recede.
1. Pre-treatment
The soiled facade surfaces are sprayed with our specially developed cleaning agent.
2. Post-treatment
To give the facade the necessary protection against microbial growth, it is treated with our transparent disinfectant. This protective layer adheres to the facade, penetrates deep into the pores and ensures long-lasting protection against algae and mildew. The infestation decreases gradually within 1 to 6 months.
With the Algenmann System Light, we do not provide a 5-year guarantee.
In addition, no painting work can be carried out, since the dead organic matter remains on the facade and only decomposes after several months.
