System Premium – the Five-Step Process for Your Facade

With our comprehensive five-step process, we treat, clean and protect your property as if it were our own. After cleaning, we apply our long-term protection with a 5-year guarantee. In addition, your windows are cleaned with osmosis water – ensuring a flawless overall appearance.

For exposed concrete surfaces and Eternit, we offer our unique Algenmann Permanent Protection. Should we detect any damage during inspection, our plastering and painting division Farbenmann is ready to repair small defects or even carry out partial and complete renovations.

As an option after the 5-year guarantee period, you can sign a maintenance contract: every two years, we provide a follow-up cleaning along with a condition report. This way, damage can be detected early, costs are saved, and your property remains in excellent condition.

1. Pre-treatment

The soiled facade surfaces are sprayed with our specially developed cleaner. A cleaning effect becomes visible after only a short time – without attacking or damaging the surface.

2. Gentle rinsing

After the reaction time, the loosened dirt is rinsed off using wide-jet nozzles. The precise combination of water pressure, nozzle distance and size ensures optimal results. All wastewater is collected, treated and reused.

3. Post-treatment

The facade is coated with a transparent disinfectant. This penetrates deep into the pores and provides long-lasting protection against algae and mildew.

4. Window cleaning

Immediately after facade cleaning, your windows are washed with special brushes and freshly treated osmosis water – preventing streaks and lime stains.

5. Painting & plastering works

After cleaning, minor defects such as flaking or cracks become more visible. Our Farbenmann division repairs these professionally – for a perfectly uniform finish.
